I'm not sure if the buffet was labeled, but I asked for beans, and then I looked to the right, and I saw chickpeas. I was a little devastated because I really wanted chickpeas, LOL.
This place is slept on. People will put up with the long lines and lack of parking of kabob palace, and lack go seating. but if you wanna skip all that, come here. The food is great, portions are big, and service is understanding and friendly. Great place to bring the boys or eating everyday. I realized I can buy sides here for cheaper than I can make them.
Dollar for dollar this is the best chicken place in Alexandria. Great flavor. Never dry. Large pieces. Abundant sides. The home made mashed potatoes and black beans are awesome and the chicken fried rice is a meal in itself. I always split my 1/2 chicken order into 2 separate meals or my wife and I share. Never a wait. I give these guys their props.
I have always loved coming here! The chicken has so much flavor and it is served with steak fries and yuka. The white sauce is the bomb and it's enough to feed the whole family (I get either the #10 or the Specialty Combo). You can also dine in if you would like. There is plenty of seating.
So happy with the food from here! It hit the spot! I ate the chicken and yuca and French fries with sauces they provided. Everything was yummy. I would come back.
This is our go to Peruvian chicken place. Better than every other place we’ve tried and consistently good. The chicken burrito is epic. The Yucca fries aren’t dry like they are lots of places and the sweet fried plantains are to die for. their garlic mayo and green sauce are Delicious I hate even giving a good review because we really like this place and don’t want it to get busy. It’s a gem for sure.
